David has an eclectic professional background prior to real estate, ranging from investment sales to oil & gas production. Earlier years also includes roofing sales/project management and custom home building in NE Tarrant County. “My background, especially in sales, is a blessing to me. I’ve always been right where I feel God needed me. All the skills and experiences I’ve collected since college have played a part in what makes me a top performer in residential real estate today.”

David is a 2008 Southlake Carroll alum where he was a 3-sport athlete (football, wrestling & track). He walked on to the TCU football team and eventually earned a scholarship as a linebacker. “Football has always been a massive part of my life. My discipline, my focus, my competitiveness is all thanks to my wonderful teammates, coaches and experiences in high school and college.”

David and his beloved wife Kristen have been married since 2022 and reside in Grapevine with their black lab, Ranger. David’s “for fun” job is broadcasting high school football games for various teams under the Friday Night Lights.
