With over 17 years of real estate experience and deep ties to North Texas, Lisa Girard is known for her exceptional service, attention to detail, and passion for helping others. Born into a family that valued hard work and precision—her mother a healthcare administrator and her father an aircraft mechanic at Lockheed Martin—Lisa learned early on that success lies in the details.

Lisa studied Healthcare Marketing at the University of Texas at Arlington, the same university attended by company founder Randy White. Inspired by her mother’s servant-hearted leadership, Lisa committed to a career centered around helping people thrive.

She began her Southlake career managing White House Black Market in Town Square, where she learned to appreciate the area’s elevated lifestyle and refined tastes—insights that seamlessly transitioned into her real estate career with Randy White Real Estate Services. Today, Lisa is a top-performing Realtor® known for helping clients buy and sell with confidence.

Her passion for real estate began with her grandparents, who owned rental properties and apartments. That early exposure led Lisa to invest in, renovate, and flip homes of her own. She has since co-founded Blue Dove Building Company in partnership with Randy White, focusing on new home construction in Roanoke. Lisa’s hands-on experience as a builder gives her an edge in identifying the thoughtful touches that elevate a home from impressive to extraordinary.

Lisa and her husband, Eric, live in Colleyville with their four children. Together, they enjoy biking, park strolls, and traveling.
