A native of Cisco, Texas – a small town two hours West of Southlake on I-20 – Holly learned early on that even modest beginnings can lead to remarkable success. It was in Cisco that Conrad Hilton purchased his first hotel before becoming a hospitality magnate.
“Conrad Hilton’s story showed me that there are no limits to what you can achieve when you combine a strong work ethic with attention to detail and genuine relationships. His journey reminds me that even the most ambitious dreams are possible when you stay committed and value the people around you.”
Hospitality also flows into the real estate profession. Holly has earned the trust of her clients so well that D Magazine has named her a Top Producing Real Estate Agent in each of the past four years.
“My parents have always worked hard for everything they’ve had and instilled in me a strong work ethic, the importance of treating everyone with respect, seeing the good in every person and situation, and most importantly, the importance of leaning into your faith in every situation and letting it guide you.”
Holly developed her customer service foundation through several years in corporate retail, where she learned the importance of problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. It was also during this time that she discovered the value of building a network of meaningful relationships—skills that continue to serve her well in real estate.
Family means everything to her. “In 2021, it was incredibly important for my family to be my priority, and I’m grateful for a career that gave me the flexibility to focus on them during that time. That experience deepened my appreciation for work/life balance, which is why I value being part of a team like Randy White’s that respects both professional dedication and personal well-being. I am committed to delivering the same level of care and attention to my clients as I would for my closest friends.”
Holly studied Business Finance at the University of Texas and enjoys the rural lifestyle in Rhome, where she lives with Emmy, her mini-dachshund fur baby. “She’s a bit too old to run in the Wiener Dog Races at Southlake Oktoberfest, but we still love to attend!”
Her philosophy in life describes her priorities perfectly: “I believe in working hard for what you love and loving the life you’re building along the way. And I love helping my clients build their ideal life through finding their forever home in Tarrant, Wise, and Eastland County.”
“When people work with me, I want it to be an experience that extends beyond a real estate transaction into a positive lifelong relationship. I want people to feel encouraged and energized after every encounter—all while executing a seamless real estate transaction with every detail taken care of for them.”
