Harley Chapman brings deep family roots, a strong work ethic, and a love for learning to her role at Randy White Real Estate. As the granddaughter of founder Randy White, daughter of a longtime real estate professional and homebuilder, and niece of the company’s Chief of Staff, Harley has grown up surrounded by the values and culture of the real estate world.
She officially joined the brokerage in February 2025 as the Listing Attraction and Marketing Coordinator, contributing to the company’s growth and visibility. A graduate of Fort Worth Christian, Harley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Nursing from Abilene Christian University.
Her early job experiences—from retail and hospitality to education and healthcare—helped shape her into a determined, adaptable, and service-minded professional. She thrives on mastering new skills and is known for her drive, reliability, and positive spirit. Though new to the real estate business formally, Harley has been immersed in it her whole life and plans to earn her real estate license by the end of 2025.
Harley lives in Hurst with her husband Danny, their daughter Scarlett, and their Corgi, Finn. Inspired by her grandmother Natalie White—whom she admires for her strength and commitment to family—Harley believes, “What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”
