Meet Megan
Megan Vollmer combines local insight, professional excellence, and a true heart for service in her role at Randy White Real Estate Services. A proud Colleyville resident since childhood, Megan’s deep community roots provide her with unmatched knowledge of the neighborhoods where she lives, works, and serves.
As the daughter of a career Army officer, Megan grew up learning how to adapt quickly, connect with new people, and thrive in changing environments. After graduating from Colleyville Heritage High School, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Before launching her real estate career, Megan spent a decade as an educator—an experience that honed her ability to clearly communicate complex processes and advocate for others. Her own challenging experience as a first-time homebuyer inspired her to enter real estate with a mission: to offer the support, clarity, and care that every client deserves.
Licensed since 2020 and proud to join Randy White Real Estate Services in 2025, Megan has quickly earned a reputation for her relationship-driven approach and her skill in navigating even the most complex transactions. Her commitment to communication, professionalism, and personal connection makes her a trusted advisor and a strong negotiator.
Megan holds a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and has completed the Broker Responsibility course, reflecting her dedication to ongoing professional development. In recognition of her community involvement, she was named the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce Member of the Year in 2023 and nominated for Woman of the Year in 2024.
Outside of real estate, Megan is deeply family-oriented. She’s been married to her husband Brian since 2007 and is the proud mom of Jacob and Riley Grace—as well as two beloved dogs, Brooklyn and Scout. Known for her open-door hospitality, Megan is proud to live by the hashtag: “I live here, I work here, I play here.”
