Randy White isn’t just a name on a sign—it’s a name that represents trust, excellence, and deep roots in Tarrant County. Randy is not the Hall of Fame Cowboy—he’s the other Randy White—the one who has spent a lifetime helping clients achieve their dreams and goals in real estate.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Randy got his start early, working in his parents’ antique store by the age of 10. It was there he discovered the thrill of being an entrepreneur, and he’s been wired that way ever since. He went on to study real estate at the University of Texas at Arlington and began his career in residential real estate sales in 1978.

In 2005, Randy made a pivotal decision: to create a locally owned, boutique brokerage—one that allowed for creativity, community focus, and a commitment to excellence that could only be expressed through a more personal approach to real estate. And that’s exactly what he built.

Randy and his company are known not only for their sales professionalism and results, but also for their deep commitment to the community. The vision of the company is to work with a distinctive group of agents who serve a distinctive group of clients. Their values of respect, integrity, excellence, leadership, and love are lived out every day in their life and profession.

Randy and his wife Natalie live in Southlake and are proud to have their granddaughter, Harley, now working in the family business. You’ll often find them at White’s Chapel Methodist Church, attending Bible Study Fellowship, cheering on the Dragons at Friday night football, and—of course— in true Randy White style, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys.
